Our platform serve by Google Cloud Provider and CloudFare.
1. Data Encryption & Security
All data transmitted between users and TakeForm is encrypted via TLS 1.2+ to ensure secure communication.
Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption, provided by Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
We do not share or sell user data to third parties.
2. Data Retention & Deletion
When you upload source documents (PDFs, images, text, etc.) to fill a form with TakeForm, we temporarily store them to complete the processing.
All uploaded files are automatically deleted after 7 days from our servers. This ensures your data is not kept longer than necessary, helping protect your privacy.
You can also request manual deletion anytime by emailing us at team@takeform.app.
3. Compliance & Privacy Protection
We follow industry standards to protect user data and ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations.
Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel for debugging or support purposes only.
4. Infrastructure
TakeForm is hosted on secure, trusted infrastructure providers:
Google Cloud Platform (GCP): All user data is stored and processed securely using GCP services. GCP encrypts data both in transit and at rest by default, ensuring a high level of security and compliance.
Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare to enhance performance and protect against DDoS attacks, unauthorized access, and other threats. It helps secure connections and provides global content delivery for faster access
